Lawyers should practise law. Tech should do more of everything around it.
Here’s our founder’s video on why we started.
That’s why we’re building Atto. Practice-specific automation and AI, built around specific matter variables, state-specific nuances, stages in a workflow and decisions that make each area of law different.
This is not another tool or a feature added to your practice. It’s an entirely new foundation for how your practice runs.

Oh, were we shooting just now?
I've worked with many incredible lawyers doing incredible work, but they don't get to do this incredible work all the time. They're held back because of the administrative work and repetitive tasks that they should not be doing. So, that's what we are here to solve.
I remember in my 11 years of practice, so many nights where I was held back in the office doing administrative work, repeat work, double data entry, sometimes even triple data entry on the same matter, manually updating the matter status, chasing up clients for instructions.
I always thought there was a better way, and that technology was going to enable lawyers to focus on more lawyering. So, we searched for one and bought a lot of new technology, but we couldn't find one that made a real significant difference.
So, we asked the lawyers, "What does your dream practice look like?" and built it into Atto.
Atto automates repetitive work and administrative tasks that lawyers do not want to be doing. We also help visualise where every matter is at. By doing that, lawyers actually get to keep the judgement, which is the part they love.
So, let's start building your dream practice.
